March 12, 2011 Meeting
Jim Frazier called the meeting to order.
Laura Bodenheimer read the minutes from the February meeting. Dan Mershon made a motion to accept as read, Sheryl Owen 2nd, motion passed.
Dan Mershon gave the Treasurer’s report. There is $11,826 in the club account. $6,821.00 less than the February report.
Expenses are as follows: $600- deposit to State Fair grounds for the June show. $700-club liability insurance. $3508-calendar printing. $1139- Hodges Badge, ribbons for Spring Fling & Performance show. $1408- Laura Mullen, preshow costs.
Received- $1603 for sponsorships
Trish Coffman made a motion to accept as given. Craig Bodheimer 2nd, motion passed.
Old Business
Spring Fling -There are still plenty of sponsorship opportunities. About ½ of the money has come in for current sponsorships. Several more have come in since the February meeting. So far 181 classes have been sponsored.
The Hospitality Area is going to maintained by the Roberts family & Thacker Stables.
The Exhibitor / Pizza Party will be overseen by Cherie Manderino.
The club Calendars/Program are well on the way to being printed. Thank you to all who have supported our new 18 month calendar venture.
Raffle Tickets are still available.
Patty Cloke Clinic
There has been a lot of great response. Please pre-register, as it will help with planning for the number of horses, and meals for the participants. Click on ecmhc website Upcoming Events tab for forms. www.ecmhc.com/UpcomingEvents.html

ECMHC Member Audit ………………. 1 Day $25.00 /2Days $40.00
ECMHC Member With Horse………….1Day $75.00 /2 Days $125.00
Non Member Audit…………………….1 Day $40.00/2 Days $60.00
Non Member With Horse………………1Day $100.00/ 2 Days $150.00
Youth under 12 years old Audit………..FREE
One adult who brings participating youth ……Free
There will be a limit of one horse per session at the above cost.(ie. Jumping, drivng, obstacle session)
Additional horse per session, and /or per household ……………$25.00 Discount
2011 AMHA amateur cardholders to audit for free or allow discount with horse equivalent to auditing fee. 2011 AMHA Amateur Cards MUST be presented at Clinic for you to receive this discount.
STALLS are available …$5.00 each
Shavings are not available, you must bring your own.
RV HOOKUPS ……$25/day
Auditors should bring chairs
ALL HORSES MUST HAVE CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS TAKEN WITHIN ONE YEAR.
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH!
Preliminary plans are being made for boxed lunches to be available for purchase each day.

Meals will be delivered. They will be approx. $7 a person. Saturday will be – Taco Bar. Sunday will be Jersey Mike’s Subs.
The clinics will start at 8:30 Saturday and end when we are finished.

The clinic has been approved for the $500 AMHA Amateur Reimbursement program.
The webcast Ads are out there & looking great.

The ECMHC Youth Face book page is up & running. Please friend us & load pictures. Be active on it to gain exposure for our Youth.
There were 15 entries in the Youth t-shirt contest! The winning design will be unveiled at the Spring Fling. Thanks to everyone that sent in an entry.
End of Year Club High Point program: Please sign your horses up before the Spring Fling. To enter please submit the following info to:
