The New fee schedule : The Flat Fee will be administered differently this year as well. To make it as cost effective as possible, if entering Open, Amateur & Youth classes with the same horse, it would be advisable to enter the most expensive classes first. If an exhibitor needs to substitute a class, that is if they fill out a scratch/add form to do so, that class will be allowed to replace the one that had been previously entered on the first listing of the 12. Laura's computer keeps track of the order of classes entered.
Pre-Entries: Pre-Entries must be postmarked by March 24, 2012.
Pre-Entry Fees: $40.00 per Open Class; $30.00 per Amateur Class; $20.00 per Youth & PMC Class; $45.00 per Stake Class; Flat Fee Per Horse: $135.00 Pre-entry postmarked by March 24, 2012; $155.00 Post-Entry.
Stake classes not included in Flat Fee. Your Flat Fee will be based on the first 12 classes entered on your entry form for each horse regardless of cost (i.e. regardless of whether they are youth, amateur or open classes). Post-Entries: Post-Entries will be accepted up to four classes preceding the class to be entered. Post-Entry Fees: Additional $5.00 per class.
Since the new fee schedule is an increase in fees; Bobby Bridges made a motion to accept it; David Porterfield 2nd, Motion passed.
