ECMHC Meeting December 1, 2013 2:00 pm
All arrived & had delicious refreshments provided by Judy Roberts, & Laura Bodenheimer. Folks socialized for a few minutes before the meeting was called to order by Laura Bodenheimer.

Darlene Bridges Read the Minutes from August 2013 Meeting Cynde Enke made a motion to accept as read; David Porterfield 2nd , Motion passed
Dan Mershon Read the Treasurers Report from August 2013 -present -Total current funds are $12,161.41. That is a decrease of 41983.14 from the August 17, 2013 report.
Major expenses since last report were: $500 for the AMHR Youth Program; $1,952.19 expense for the Fall Fun Show; $1000 deposit for 2014 Spring Fling facilities; $1005.45 Total expenses for 2013 EOY awards.
Major income since last report: $1552.09 Total Summer Classic Income; $525.00 Deposits for 2014 Program Ads. Karen Hunter made a motion to accept; Matt Johnson 2nd, Motion passed.
Old Business
Spooktacular wrap up : The club lost $100.10 this year. There was a general consensus that the facility was nice, but the October date is too late and too cold as well as conflicting with too many other miniature horse shows. We will consider looking at other dates to have the Fun Show, possibly March or July. We may possibly have a Clinic and a show on the same weekend.
Ad pages in Journal and World Ads; There are currently 15 confirmed. Please get with Bobby Bridges asap if you want to be included at bobbybridges55@hotmail.com
New Business
Karen Hunter went over Sponsorship Incentive Package/Program for 2014 .
Our vision of this program will be to have them at all of our shows, April Spring Fling, June Summer Classic and Oct Spooktacular as well as give them to all current members and new members. It will contain a listing in the back of all sponsors so you can be found easy by the index as a Judge, Trainer, Breeder or whatever you want to be listed under. This program will also contain human interest stories from our members and an article about AMHA, a separate one on AMHR/ASPC and one on the club itself. I think as an advertising program, this will give you more coverage as it will be a reference for new miniature horse/shetland owners, giving them a place to guide them as they get started with their own miniature horses or shetlands.

Corporate Sponsor – Inside back or back cover (first to reserve gets pick of space) - $500 – 20 Classes per show sponsorship in April and June and major sponsor for the Oct Fun show. One Champion of Champions and one Supreme in both April and June shows.
Diamond Sponsor - $350 Gives a full page ad, 10 class sponsorships in all three shows and a Champion of Champions or Supreme Sponsorship in the April and June shows.
Gold Sponsor - $250 Gives a full page ad, 5 class sponsorships in April and June show and one Champion of Champion or Supreme Class.
Silver Sponsor - $200 Gives a half page ad, 5 class sponsorships in the April and June show.
Bronze Sponsor - $175 Gives half page ad and 5 class sponsorships in the April and Oct shows.
Sponsor - $150 quarter page ad and 5 class sponsorships in show of your choice.
Diamond Class Sponsor - $25 per class in all three shows (one fee, same class in April and June and one class in the Oct fun show) 10 Classes $200.
Gold Class Sponsor - $20 per class in both April and June shows. 10 classes $175.
Silver Class Sponsor - $10 per class, one show only, or 10 classes for $75.
Show News for 2014 We Didn’t get the area 3 show. The AMHR Area Show Committee said that we would be able to have it in 2015. Spring Fling will have a similar class list to last year- We are working on expanding our “newbie” base by adding an Open Show segment at Summer Classic.
Election of Officers for 2014 As all offices had only 1 nomination, Sheryl Owen made a motion to accept with a voice vote, Trudy Mershon 2nd
